运用3T磁共振研究壳核形态学及在头颅表面的定位

摘要 目的:利用3T磁共振(3T magnetic resonance,3T MRI)研究壳核形态及在头颅表面的定位,为临床手术靶点治疗提供基础资料。方法:回顾性分析100例健康人常规MRI的T1加权像,分别测量双侧壳核最大层面的长径和横径以及壳核到头皮的距离。以外耳门为坐标原点,测量壳核前后径及上下径距离。结果:健康人壳核形态学参数:壳核长径为(4.08±0.25)cm,横径为(0.93±0.08)cm,距离头皮的长度为(5.40±0.31)cm,与外耳门的前后径为(1.68±0.55)cm,上下径为(4.12±0.40)cm。不同性别健康人壳核长径、横径、距离头皮长度、距离外耳门上下径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄段健康人壳核横径、距离头皮长度、距离外耳门上下径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壳核的形态学数据,有利于壳核在头颅表面的定位,为高血压壳核脑出血进行手术定位提供一种新的简单方法。 Objective :3T MRI was used to study the morphology and localization of putamen on the surface of skull to provide basic data for clinical surgical target treatment.Methods :The T1-weighted image of conventional MRI in 100healthy individuals was analyzed retrospectively,measuring the length and cross diameter of the size of the maximum level of the bilateral putamen,and the distance of the putamen to the scalp. The front and rear diameter and the distance between the upper and lower diameter were measured using the outer ear gate as the coordinate origin.Results :The morphological parameters of putamen were as follows:the long diameter of putamen was(4. 08±0. 25)cm,the transverse diameter was(0. 93±0. 08)cm,the length from scalp was(5. 40±0. 31)cm,and the anterior and posterior diameter from external auditory meatus was(1. 68±0. 55)cm,the upper and lower diameter was(4. 12±0. 40)cm. There were statistically significant differences in putamen long diameter,transverse diameter,length from scalp and upper and lower diameter from external auditory porta among healthy people of different genders(P<0. 05),while there were statistically significant differences in putamen transverse diameter,length from scalp and upper and lower diameter from external auditory porta among healthy people of different ages(P<0. 05).Conclusion :The morphological data of putamen is conducive to the localization of putamen on the surface of skull. It provides a simple and effective method for the surgical localization of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
