国家公园视角下“暗夜星空”的保护路径探究

Exploration on the Protection Path of Dark Night and Starry Sky from the Perspective of National Park

现代化发展使光污染成为全球性问题。在国家公园体制建设的号召下,探求国家公园视角下“暗夜星空”的保护对我国生态建设和绿色发展具有建设性意义。通过探寻国内外“暗夜星空”的保护路径,发掘其承载的多元价值,在借鉴美国国家公园对“暗夜星空”保护的基础之上,提出未来我国夜空公园在法律体系、管理体制和文旅产业的综合发展脉络,以期为可持续发展战略和美丽中国建设添砖加瓦。

Light pollution has became a global problem with the development of modernization.Under the appeal of National-park system construction, it is constructive significance for ecological construction and green development in China by exploring the protection of “dark night and starry sky” from the perspective of National-park. By exploring the shielding paths of “dark night and starry sky” at home and abroad, the research is supposed to discover the multiple values it carries, and on the basis of the conservation of “dark night and starry sky” of National-park in the United States, it proposes the comprehensive development of China’s Night-sky parks in terms of legal system, management system and cultural industry in the future, so as to contribute to the sustainable development strategy and the construction of beautiful China.
