大型医疗建筑不停诊改造设计难点及对策

Countermeasures and Design Difficulties of Non-stop Diagnosis and Reconstruction of Large-scale Medical Buildings

既有医疗建筑的更新改造是当前国内医疗卫生事业建设发展的一个重要方向,并且常常需要在不停诊的状态下进行改造。该文结合武汉大学中南医院原外科大楼改造实例,分析了大型医疗建筑不停诊改造的设计难点,提出了不停诊改造的设计思路及在结构加固、机电设备及医疗净化设备等方面的技术对策。

The renovation and reconstruction of existing medical buildings is an important direction of the current domestic medical and health construction and development,and it is often necessary to carry out renovations in the state of non-stop clinics.Based on the reconstruction example of the original surgical building of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,we analyze the design difficulties of non-diagnosing reconstruction of large medical buildings,and propose the design ideas for non-diagnosing reconstruction and technical countermeasures in structural reinforcement,electromechanical equipment and medical purification equipment.
