摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定藿香正气丸(浓缩丸)中甘草苷、橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil Plus C 18-B(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长为279 nm;流动相为乙腈-甲醇(80∶20)(A)-0.1%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调pH至5.9;B),梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温为25℃;进样量为5~10μL。甘草苷、橙皮苷各自在38.3~574.5和111.1~1666.5μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好。结果:23批次藿香正气丸浓缩丸测定结果:甘草苷、橙皮苷含量分别为0.2038~0.7094和0.3611~0.9612 mg·g^(-1)。结论:本法可用于藿香正气丸(浓缩丸)的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of liquiritin and hesperidin in Huoxiang Zhengqi concentrated pills.Methods:The chromatographic analysis was performed on a Diamonsil Plus C 18-B column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)using a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol(80∶20)(A)and 0.1%triethylamine solution(pH adjusted to 5.9 with phosphoric acid)(B)delivered at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 279 nm,the column temperature was set at 25℃,and the injection volume was 5-10μL.The linear ranges were 38.3-574.5μg·mL^(-1) for liquiritin and 111.1-1666.5μg·mL^(-1) for hesperidin,respectively.Results:The results of 23 batches of Huoxiang Zhengqi concentrated pills were 0.2038-0.7094 mg·g^(-1) for liquiritin and 0.3611-0.9612 mg·g^(-1) for hesperidin.Conclusion:This method can be used for the quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi concentrated pills.
