“柳林盘子会”是山西柳林一种独具地方特色的综合性民俗现象,具有一定文化价值和社会意义,已被列入国家级非物质文化遗产。该文充分挖掘其文化内涵,传承优秀文化基因,剖析发展现状与困境,并对其传承与创新路径予以探究,创新其在现代的发展形式,使得古老悠久的盘子文化焕发现代的活力。综合设立专项传承基金和机构,开展技艺展演与传承学习,发展非物质文化遗产旅游等多种路径,有效发挥“柳林盘子会”的文化价值,打造具有文化影响力的特色文化遗产,为盘子文化“走出去”提供一个更加可期的广阔天地。

Liulin Pan Festival is a comprehensive folk phenomenon with unique local characteristics in Liulin,Shanxi Province.It has certain cultural value and social significance,and has been listed in the national intangible cultural heritage.This paper fully excavates its cultural connotation,inherits excellent cultural genes,analyzes its development status and predicament,explores its inheritance and innovation path,and innovates its modern development form,which makes the ancient Pan culture glow with modern vitality.Comprehensive establishment of special inheritance funds and institutions,development of skills exhibition and inheritance learning,development of intangible cultural heritage tourism and other ways can effectively exert the cultural value of Liulin Pan Festival,create a characteristic cultural heritage with cultural influence,and provide a more promising world for Pan culture to"go out".
