异甘草酸镁联合替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的效果

Effects of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Tenofovir disoproxil in treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients

目的:观察异甘草酸镁联合替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年7月该院收治的72例CHB患者进行前瞻性研究,根据就诊单双号分为对照组(36例)与观察组(36例)。两组均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗,观察组采用异甘草酸镁注射液联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗,均连续治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组的75.00%(27/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清ALT、AST、TBiL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁联合替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗CHB患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善肝功能指标水平,效果优于单纯替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Tenofovir disoproxil in treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 72 CHB patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to July 2021.They were divided into control group(odd number,36 cases)and observation group(even number,36 cases)according to the number of visits.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets.All patients were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,the liver function index levels[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBiL)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than 75.00%(27/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum ALT,AST and TBiL in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Tenofovir disoproxil in the treatment of the CHB patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of liver function indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Tenofovir disoproxil treatment.
