艾拉莫德片联合白芍总苷胶囊和甲泼尼龙片治疗干燥综合征患者的效果

Effects of Iguratimod tablets combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules and Methylprednisolone tablets in treatment of patients with Sjogren syndrome

目的:观察艾拉莫德联合白芍总苷胶囊和甲泼尼龙治疗干燥综合征患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2021年3月该院收治的86例干燥综合征患者进行前瞻性研究,按照掷硬币法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采用甲泼尼龙片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用艾拉莫德片治疗,比较两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、Schirmer试验浸润长度、唾液流率,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组IgA、IgG、IgM、CRP水平和ESR均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Schirmer试验浸润长度均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组唾液流率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾拉莫德联合白芍总苷胶囊和甲泼尼龙治疗干燥综合征患者可降低其IgA、IgG、IgM、CRP水平和ESR,延长其Schirmer试验浸润长度,提高其唾液流率,效果优于白芍总苷胶囊联合甲泼尼龙治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Iguratimod combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules and Methylprednisolone in treatment of patients with Sjogren syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with Sjogren syndrome admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the coin tossing method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone tablets combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules,while the observation group was treated with Iguratimod tablets on the basis of those of the control group.The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the C-reactive protein(CRP)level,the Schirmer test infiltration length,the salivary flow rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CRP and ESR in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the infiltration length of Schirmer test in both groups were longer than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was longer than that in the control group;the salivary flow rates of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Iguratimod combined with total glucosides of paeony capsule and Methylprednisolone in the treatment of the patients with Sjogren syndrome can reduce the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CRP and ESR,prolong the infiltration length of Schirmer test,and improve the salivary flow rate.Moreover,it is superior to total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with Methylprednisolone treatment.
