中药热敷联合针刺治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain

目的:观察中药热敷联合针刺治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月该院收治的64例颈肩腰腿痛患者进行前瞻性研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各32例。对照组应用针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药热敷治疗,比较两组治疗前后功能障碍[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]评分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、治疗效果、疼痛消失时间和日常生活能力(Barthel指数)评分。结果:治疗后,两组ODI和VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的68.75%(22/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛消失时间为(5.41±1.05)d,短于对照组的(8.32±1.41)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热敷联合针刺治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者可提高治疗总有效率和日常生活能力评分,缩短疼痛消失时间,降低功能障碍评分和疼痛评分,效果优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 64 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,32 cases in each.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The dysfunction[Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)]score,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the treatment effect,the pain disappearance time,and the activities of daily living(Barthel index)score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 68.75%(22/32)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time of the study group was(5.41±1.05)d,which was shorter than(8.32±1.41)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the Barthel index scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy can improve the total effective rate and the activities of daily living scores of the patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,shorten the pain disappearance time,and effectively reduce the dysfunction and the pain scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple acupuncture treatment.
