基于微信群的延续性护理在乳腺癌患者居家康复中的应用效果

Application effects of WeChat group-based continuous nursing on home-based rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

目的:探讨基于微信群的延续性护理在乳腺癌患者居家康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年9月该院收治的102例乳腺癌患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于微信群的延续性护理,两组均连续护理3个月。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)]、上肢功能恢复情况(肩关节外展、前屈、后伸角度),以及依从性(服药、作息、功能锻炼、定期复查)、生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组HAMA-14、HAMD-17评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肩关节外展、前屈及后伸角度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各方面依从性、SF-36各维度评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信群的延续性护理应用于乳腺癌患者能够改善其负性情绪,提高依从性,促进上肢功能恢复,提高生命质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore application effects of WeChat group-based continuous nursing on home-based rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the WeChat group-based continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17)],the upper limb function recovery(shoulder abduction,flexion,extension angle),were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing,and the compliance(medication,rest,functional exercise,regular review),the quality of life[short form health survey(SF-36)],nursing satisfaction.Results:After the nursing,the scores of HAMA-14 and HAMD-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder abduction,flexion and extension angles of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the compliance,the score of each dimension of and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The WeChat group-based continuous nursing for the breast cancer patients can improve their negative emotions,improve the compliance,promote the recovery of upper limb function,and improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.
