摘要 生态敏感性是生态环境对区域内自然和人类活动反应的敏感程度,用以反映产生生态失衡与生态环境问题的可能性大小,是分析区域生态环境稳定性的主要方法之一,对于区域生态保护和决策制定有重要意义。三亚市作为海南省南部中心城市,改善和保护生态环境对该地区可持续发展具有重要作用。本文以三亚市为研究对象制作了2020年三亚市生态环境敏感性评价数据集。该数据集以高程、坡度、坡向、植被覆盖度、水体、土地利用类型、土壤侵蚀强度、人口密度分布、可达性距离等9个因子作为生态敏感性评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各评价指标权重,通过GIS空间分析和计算将研究区域划分为非敏感、低敏感、中敏感、高敏感和极高敏感五个等级。数据质量控制部分则通过筛选三亚市区域内无云影像、土地利用监督分类一致性检验kappa系数约为0.85、结合NDWI结果与遥感影像对比得到水体范围等来进行多方面的数据验证,以此提高数据质量的可靠性。本数据集反映了三亚市生态敏感性状况,可为三亚市生态环境保护与资源开发以及土地规划等提供参考数据源。 Ecological sensitivity refers to the sensitivity of the ecological environment to the natural phenomena and human activities in a region.As one of the main methods to analyze the stability of the regional ecological environment,it can reflect the possibility of the occurrence of ecological imbalance and ecological environmental problems.It is important for regional ecological protection and decision-making.For Sanya City,the central city in the southern part of Hainan Province,improving and protecting the ecological environment plays an important role in the sustainable development of the region.In this paper,we chose Sanya City as the study area to compile a dataset of ecological sensitivity evaluation of Sanya City in 2020.We used 9 factors(i.e.elevation,slope,aspect,vegetation coverage,water body,land use type,soil erosion intensity,population density distribution,and road accessibility distance)as the ecological sensitivity evaluation indicators.And we adopted the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of each evaluation index,and divided the study area into five levels:non-sensitive,low-sensitive,medium-sensitive,high-sensitive,and extremely high-sensitive through GIS spatial analysis and calculation.In terms of the data quality control,we carried out various data verifications by screening cloud-free images in the Sanya City area,the kappa coefficient of the land use supervision and classification consistency test(about 0.85),and combined the NDWI results with the remote sensing images to obtain the water body range,so as to improve the reliability of data quality.This dataset can reflect the ecological sensitivity of Sanya City,and provide a reference data source for ecological environmental protection,resource development and land planning in Sanya City.
