基于整机轮换修理的舰船备件需求预测方法 被引量:1

摘要 为解决舰船装备快速维修实施的整机大部件轮换修理过程中遇到的需求量难以把握的问题,针对装备整机大部件轮换修理的特点,分析了在该维修模式下的舰船备件需求,研究了k/n(G)系统在该维修模式下的舰船备件需求分布和需求特征,建立了备件保障概率模型,并以典型k/n(G)系统为例,给出了其与现有模式下的备件需求规律数值对比分析,实例分析结果表明,整机大部件轮换修理模式有利于减少备件携带量,提高备件利用率。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to grasp the demand in the process of rotating and repairing large parts of the whole machine in the implementation of rapid maintenance of ship equipment,according to the characteristics of the rotation repair of large parts of the whole machine,the demand characteristics of the warship’s spare parts in this mode are analyzed,the warship’s spare parts distribution and demand characteristics of k/n(G) system in this maintenance mode are studied,and a spares support probability model is established. Taking a typical k/n(G) system as an example,the numerical comparative analysis of the spare parts demand law between it and the existing mode is given. The case analysis shows that the new maintenance mode is beneficial to reduce the amount of spares carried and improve the utilization of spares.
