光测装备车载不落地测量平台稳定性研究

摘要 目前靶场主要采用车载不落地测量平台的方式完成外场硬质场地条件下的试验任务,以实现光测装备快速布站能力和机动灵活的特点。为考核该平台的稳定性,论文通过模拟跟踪目标的状态试验,测试分析在各种伺服激励条件下载车系统关键点的加速度和位移响应;在扰动状态下光电经纬仪动态测角精度。最终得出传递到载车系统的能量极小,无明显共振响应发生,各检测通道的加速度RMS值均<0.05m/s2;X与Y方向上的位移RMS值均<2μm;方位俯仰的测量精度指标可以控制在20"以内,满足靶场光电经纬仪不落地测量指标要求,验证了该平台具有稳定性与可靠性。 At present,the shooting range mainly uses the vehicle-mounted non-landing measurement platform to complete the test tasks in the hard field conditions,so as to realize the fast station capacity and flexibility of optical measuring equipment. In order to evaluate the stability of the platform,the acceleration and displacement responses of key points of the loading vehicle system under various excitation conditions are tested and analyzed by simulating tracking target state test,dynamic angular accuracy of photoelectric theodolite under disturbance state. Finally,it is concluded that the energy transferred to the vehicle carrying system is very small,no obvious resonance response occurs,and the acceleration RMS value of each detection channel is <0.05 m/s2. The displacement RMS values in X and Y directions are all <2μm. The accuracy of azimuth and pitch measurement can be controlled within the range of 20",which meets the non-landing measurement index of the photoelectric theodolite. At the same time,it verifies the platform’s stability and reliability.
