习近平总书记关于共同富裕重要论述蕴含三重意蕴:作为理想意义上的共同富裕,是中国共产党人的远大理想,是共产主义高级阶段的一大特征;作为行动意义上的共同富裕,是中国共产党人身体力行、一步接着一步进行的具体行动,包含了普遍与特殊、速度与质量、阶段性与连续性的辩证关系;作为结构意义上的共同富裕,包括现实目标和制度安排两大内容,是中国共产党人在不同时间节点、不同历史阶段要接续完成和奋力实现的。三重意蕴之间是有机统一的。根据结构意义上的共同富裕,优化和调整相应举措,不断推进行动意义上的共同富裕,最终达到理想意义上的共同富裕。

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on common prosperity contains three implications:as an ideal sense of common prosperity, it is the lofty ideal of the CPC and a major feature of the advanced stage of communism;as a common prosperity in the sense of action, it is a concrete action carried out step by step by CPC, which contains the dialectical relationship between universality and particularity, speed and quality, and stage and continuity;as a structural sense of common prosperity, including realistic goals and institutional arrangements, which is something that the CPC people should continue to complete and strive to achieve at different time nodes and different historical stages. The three implications are organically unified. According to the common prosperity in the sense of structure, optimize and adjust the corresponding measures, constantly promote the common prosperity in the sense of action, and finally achieve the common prosperity in the ideal sense.
