深入实施吉林省“一主六双”高质量发展战略及创新驱动发展战略,落实吉林省“专精特新”专项行动,结合全国统一大市场建设,围绕吉林省产业优势,面对吉林省“专精特新”中小企业发展规模及贡献度逐年提升的现状,以解决“专精特新”中小企业融资中存在的问题为突破口,通过深化金融供给侧改革,提出适合吉林省省情的金融支持“专精特新”中小企业发展的相关举措。

Thoroughly implement the "One Main and Six Double Economic Circle Planning" high-quality development strategy and innovation-driven development strategy of Jilin Province, and implement the special action of "Specialization, Refinement, Uniqueness, Novelty" in Jilin Province, in combination with the construction of the national unified market, centering on the industrial advantages of Jilin Province, facing the situation that the development scale and contribution of SMEs in Jilin Province are increasing year by year, and taking solving the problems existing in the financing of SMEs in Jilin Province in terms of "Specialization, Refinement, Uniqueness, Novelty" as a breakthrough, by deepening the financial supply side reform, the relevant measures for financial support of the development of SMEs in Jilin Province in terms of "Specialization, Refinement, Uniqueness, Novelty" are proposed.
