The Development Course and Practice of Red Finance in Northeast China during the War of Liberation

东北地区作为解放战争时期全国7个大面积战略解放区之一,其红色金融事业从抗战胜利后开始,经历了成立东北银行的开拓时期、分散走向集中的扩大发展时期及纳入中国人民银行体系的全面推进时期三个阶段。7年的建设发展与创新实践,东北解放区的红色金融事业在自主发行货币、占领货币市场、分区发行货币、打造货币信用、反假票斗争、稳定金融秩序、支持生产建设、保障人民生活、建设金融队伍、创新金融方法等方面做出了卓越的成绩,也留下了宝贵的红色金融精神与丰厚的红色金融文化。

As one of the seven large strategic liberated areas in China during the War of Liberation, the red finance in Northeast China began after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, and went through three stages: the pioneering period of establishing the Northeast Bank, the period of expanding development from decentralization to centralization, and the period of comprehensive promotion into the People’s Bank of China system.Seven years of construction, development and innovation practice, the red financial cause of the Northeast Liberated Area has made outstanding achievements in independent issuance of currency, occupation of the currency market, regional issuance of currency, creating currency credit,fighting against counterfeit bills, stabilizing financial order, supporting production and construction, ensuring people’s lives, building financial teams, and innovating financial methods, and has also left precious red financial spirit and rich red financial culture.
