RCEP区域国家是辽宁省对外贸易的重要伙伴。RCEP的签署与生效有利于辽宁省企业利用日韩原料与产品,形成“贸易创造效应”,为辽宁省的对外贸易提供新的发展空间。同时,RCEP签署与生效对辽宁省部分劳动密集型产业造成一定冲击,可能导致对辽投资转移。辽宁省应充分利用区位优势以及与日韩、东盟的经贸合作基础,加强RCEP规则的研究与普及,精准定位辽宁省产业在RCEP的位置,调整优化产业链、供应链,推动区域经济一体化,释放辽宁省对外贸易潜力。

RCEP countries are important partners of foreign trade of Liaoning Province.The signing and entry into force of RCEP is conducive to Liaoning enterprises’ use of Japanese and Korean raw materials and products,forming a "trade creation effect" and providing new development space for Liaoning’s foreign trade.At the same time,the signing and entry into force of RCEP will have an impact on some labor-intensive industries in Liaoning Province and may lead to the transfer of investment away from Liaoning.Liaoning Province should make full use of its regional advantages and the basis of economic and trade cooperation with Japan, South Korea and ASEAN, strengthen the research and popularization of RCEP rules, accurately position Liaoning’s industries in RCEP, adjust and optimize industrial chain and supply chain, promote regional economic integration, and release Liaoning’s foreign trade potential.
