摘要
高职院校工匠精神培育模式的合理性构建取决于培育环境、培育目标、培育主体、培育对象和培育手段等诸多要素的有机结合。为了较为精准地找出当前高职院校工匠精神培育过程中所存在的问题,笔者采用问卷调查法、课堂观察法、访谈与案例分析法等诸多实证研究方法,选取山东省具有代表性的六所高职院校在工匠精神培育过程中的相关现状进行了调查研究和系统分析,并从微观视角提出了有针对性的对策与建议。对高职院校工匠精神培育现状进行研究,有助于提高工匠精神培育效果,推动高职院校高质量发展。
The rational construction of cultivating mode of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges depends on the organic combination of cultivating environment,cultivating target,cultivating subject,cultivating object and cultivating means.In order to more accurately find out the current problems,having used the questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interview and case analysis and many other empirical research methods,the author has selected representative higher vocational colleges in Shandong province and conscientiously analyzed the present status and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the micro point of view.It is helpful to improve the effect of cultivating craftsman spirit and promote the high quality development of higher vocational colleges to study the present status of cultivating craftsman spirit.
