摘要
共建式大学课堂生态范式是未来大学课堂发展的重要趋势。通过对有效教学价值标准的重新界定,确立了“共同学习、共同发展、师生共建”的价值取向。以教师和学生为评价主体,对学习的目标、内容、方法、生态建设等方面展开评价,针对师生外显性的学习行为和内隐性的情感思想,设计操作性评价指标与提示性评价指标,采用自评与他评结合、过程与结果兼顾的方式达到促进师生专业发展,推动教学革新的作用。
The ecological paradigm of co-construction university classroom is served as a significant trend of future university classroom.By redefining the value criterion of effective teaching,we have established the value orientation of“common learning,common developing,common constructing”.Taking teachers and students as subjects,some evaluations were made on objectives,contents,methods and ecological construction of learning activities,the evaluations are composed of operational evaluation index pointing to the explicit behavior and prompting evaluation index pointing to the implicit emotion of teachers and students,which take process and result into account and emphasize the combination of self-assessment and peer-assessment,so as to drive the teaching reform and promote the professional development of teachers and students.
