《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南》用于便秘治疗药评价及遴选初探

Application of A Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions in the Evaluation and Selection of Constipation Drugs

目的 为精神专科医院评价、遴选便秘治疗药物提供参考。方法 参考药品说明书、临床指南、相关文献、权威数据平台和网站,以药品的药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性及其他属性(国家医保、国家基本药物收录情况,全球使用情况等)为评价指标,运用《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南》中的评价与遴选量化记录表,对某院7种在用便秘治疗药物进行量化评分及评价。结果 总评分由高到低依次为乳果糖(87.5分)、开塞露(85.5分)、琥珀酸普芦卡必利(76.4分)、番泻叶(68.7分)、甘油灌肠剂(66.3分)、多库酯钠(65.3分)、聚卡波非钙(63.8分)。初步将前3种药品作为医院治疗便秘的第一梯队药物推荐使用,将后4种作为第二梯队药物推荐使用。结论 本研究中所用方法可供精神专科医院药物遴选参考,也为临床合理选择药物提供依据。

Objective To provide a reference for the evaluation and selection of constipation drugs in mental hospitals.Methods With reference to the drug inserts,clinical guidelines,relevant literature,authoritative data platforms and websites,the quantitative scoring and evaluation were conducted on seven kinds of constipation drugs in a hospital by the evaluation and selection quantitative record form in A Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions with pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economy and other attributes of drugs(national medical insurance,national medical insurance catalogue,global usage) as evaluation indicators.Results The total scores from high to low were lactulose(87. 5 points),glycerin enema(85. 5 points),prucalopride(76. 4 points),senna(68. 7 points),enemia glycerini(66. 3 points),docusate sodium(65. 3 points),and calcium polycarbophil(63. 8 points). The first three drugs were initially recommended as the first choice for the treatment of constipation in our hospital,and the last four drugs were recommended as the second choice.Conclusion The methods used in this study can be used as a reference for the selection of constipation drugs in mental hospitals,and also provide a basis for the rational selection of drugs in clinical practice.
