摘要
以价值链整合为研究视角,分析并构建了服务化影响先进制造企业GVC升级的理论模型。并基于微笑曲线理论,对先进制造企业GVC升级内涵与衡量指标进行理论分析,建立先进制造企业GVC升级综合评价体系。实证结果表明:服务化对先进制造企业GVC升级有正向促进作用;价值链整合在两者关系之间起部分中介作用;市场需求正向调节先进制造企业服务化与价值链整合之间的关系,动态能力正向调节价值链整合与先进制造企业GVC升级之间的关系。最后,依据研究结果提出相关政策建议。
From the perspective of value chain integration,a theoretical model of the influence of servitization on GVC upgrading of advanced manufacturing enterprises is analyzed and constructed.Based on the theory of smile curve,the connotation and measurement index of GVC upgrading in advanced manufacturing enterprises are analyzed theoretically,and the comprehensive evaluation system of GVC upgrading in advanced manufacturing enterprises is established.The empirical results show that servitization has a positive promoting effect on GVC upgrading of advanced manufacturing enterprises.The value chain integration plays a partial mediating role between them.Market demand positively moderates the relationship between servitization and value chain integration of advanced manufacturing enterprises,and dynamic capability positively moderates the relationship between value chain integration and GVC upgrading of advanced manufacturing enterprises.Finally,according to the research results,relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
