双排引流管隔离缝线关腹的临床应用

Clinical Application of Double Row Drainage Tube Isolation Suture in Difficult Abdominal Closure

目的探讨对困难性关腹患者应用双排引流管隔离缝线关腹的临床价值。方法2015年12月至2020年12月期间,我院对25例困难性关腹患者应用双排引流管隔离缝线关腹,现总结其临床效果。结果所有患者应用双排引流管隔离缝线关腹成功,术后21 d拆线,均痊愈出院,无肠瘘、切口裂开、切口疝等严重并发症出现。结论双排引流管隔离缝线的关腹方法为临床上合并有肠管水肿的困难性关腹提供了一种选择,有降低肠瘘和切口裂开发生率的优势,患者的生活质量更高,住院费用更低。该方法取材方便、简单易行,在临床上有一定的推广价值。

Objective To investigate the value of double row drainage tube isolation suture in patients with difficult abdominal closure.Methods From December 2015 to December 2020,double row drainage tube isolation suture technique was applied to 25 patients with difficult abdominal closure in our hospital,whose clinical results were summarized by retrospective study.Results All patients had the abdomen successfully closed with double row drainage tube isolation suture.The suture was removed 21 days after operation,and all patients were cured and discharged.No serious complications such as intestinal fistula,incision dehiscence,nor incision hernia occurred.Conclusions The method of closing the abdomen with double row drainage tube isolation suture provides a choice for difficult abdominal closure with intestinal edema in clinic.It has the advantages of reducing the incidence of intestinal fistula and incision dehiscence with higher quality of life and lower hospitalization cost.This method is convenient and easy to use,and has certain promotion value in clinical practice.
