目的建设一体化的医院科研经费管理系统,实现经费管理业务与财务的融合,提升科研经费管理的效率和精细化水平。方法通过业务流程的梳理和系统设计,将科研经费管理系统集成于HRP系统,对接医院财务核算系统及科研材料采购平台,建设科研经费全闭环管理的信息系统。结果打破信息孤岛,实现了科研经费全流程一体化管理,数据可互联互通。结论科研经费管理系统能优化经费管理流程,提升管理效率,减少科研人员报销工作量。

Objective In order to realize the integration of fund management business and finance,improve the efficiency and refinement of scientific research fund management,build an integrated scientific research fund management system.Methods Through business process sorting and system design,the scientific research funding management system is integrated into the HRP system.At the same time,it is connected to the hospital financial accounting system and the scientific research material procurement platform to build an fully closed-loop management information system for scientific research funds.Results It has broken the information island,realized the integrated management of the whole process of scientific research funds,and interconnected the data.Conclusions The scientific research funding management system can optimize the funding management process,improve management efficiency and reduce the workload of scientific research personnel reimbursement.
