Construction and effect of integrated multi-hospital information systems

目的 通过信息系统一体化集成融合建设,助推1家医院2个院区、8家门诊部的行政、组织和业务的统一管理。方法 合并两院区主业务数据库,将分院区信息系统全面整合融入主院区信息系统,8个门诊部覆盖主院区门诊信息系统,构建“两区八部”一体化集成融合的信息系统。结果 实现了“两区八部”主业务数据库层、应用模块层基本统一,各类医疗信息互联互通。结论 信息系统一体化集成融合建设有效地推动了“两区八部”医疗统一化、管理同质化,加强了优质医疗资源的共享,为医院未来精细化管理打下了坚实基础。

Objective Through the integrated construction of the information system, the unified management of the administration, organization and operation of the two hospitals and eight outpatient departments have been realized. Methods The main business databases of the two districts were merged, and the information system of the branch hospital was fully integrated into the information system of the main hospital.Eight outpatient departments covered the outpatient information system of the main hospital, realizing the integration of the information systems of the two districts and eight departments. Results The main business database layer and application module layer of the two hospitals and eight outpatient departments are basically unified, and all kinds of medical information are interconnected. Conclusion The integrated construction of the information system has effectively promoted the unification of medical services and homogeneous management of the two hospitals and eight outpatient departments, strengthened the sharing of high-quality medical resources, and laid a solid foundation for the future refined management of the hospital.
