本文对传统医疗数据共享的痛点与区块链技术在健康医疗数据共享中的应用现状进行分析,重点聚焦医疗联盟链的存证模型构建、城市级健康区块链组链模型的构建、基于属性控制的健康医疗数据安全访问控制策略构建、基于软硬件协同优化的区块链安全底层技术研发等关键技术问题,通过深入的讨论研究,提出了相应的解决方法和思路,为该技术未来实践应用提供参考。

This paper analyzes the sore point of traditional medical data sharing and application status of block chain technology in health data sharing.It focuses on the key technical issues such as the construction of storage model of the Medical Alliance chain,the group chain model of urban health block chain,the construction of health information security access control strategy based on attribute control,and the research and development of the underlying security technology of the block chain based on the collaborative optimazation of software and hardware.Through in-depth discussion and research,the corresponding solutions and ideas are put forward to provide reference for the future application of this technology.
