三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚氟树脂乳液的合成及性能

摘要 采用阴离子乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和非离子乳化剂O-9乳化体系,以三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)和乙烯基醚为主要原料,通过乳液聚合法制备三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚氟树脂乳液,研究了环己基乙烯基醚(CHVE)与丁基乙烯基醚(BVE)摩尔比分别为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2时对树脂性能的影响。对制备的三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚含氟树脂乳液进行了红外、粒径、电镜分析等表征。结果表明,CHVE与BVE的摩尔比为2∶1,质量分数SDS 0.9%、O-91.7%、CTFE 23.7%时,制备的氟树脂乳液具有良好的贮存稳定性能,加入固化剂的氟树脂乳液涂覆于金属板,室温固化成膜后,硬度达到2H,附着力为0级,韧性为1 mm。 Chlorotrifluoroethylene-vinyl ether fluoropolymer emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization using chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE)and vinyl ether as raw materials,anionic emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and non-ionic O-9 emulsifier as emulsifying system.The effects of molar ratios of cyclohexyl vinyl ether(CHVE)to butyl-ethylene ether(BVE)(2∶1,1∶1,1∶2)on the properties of the resin were studied.The structures and properties of prepared emulsions were analyzed by FT-IR,particle size analyzer and SEM.The results showed that the fluoropolymer emulsion exhibited excellent storage stability,which was prepared under the conditions of 2∶1 molar ratio of CHVE to BE,contents of 0.9%SDS,1.7%O-9,23.7%CTFE.The fluorine resin film was successfully prepared by coating the fluorinated resin emulsion with curing agent onto the metal plate,which was then cured at room temperature.The hardness of the derived film reached 2H with 0 level adhesive force and 1 mm toughness.
