马克思主义生态文化观强调人与自然的和谐共生,在承认自然界先在性的同时,将人类视为自然的重要组成部分,因此需要不断保护、优化自然环境。美丽乡村建设作为美丽中国建设的重要构成部分,应积极贯彻落实党和国家的方针政策,从农民队伍建设、农村发展方式、顶层设计以及各主体配合角度出发,改善乡村生态环境,推动乡村经济发展。

Marxist concept of ecological culture emphasizes the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.While acknowledging the pre-existence of nature,it holds that man is an important part of nature.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly promote the optimization and perfection of the natural environment.As a key step in the construction of a beautiful China,the construction of beautiful countryside should actively respond to the relevant policies of the Party and the state,and improve the rural ecological environment and promote the rural economic development from the perspectives of the construction of farmers,the rural development mode,the top-level design and the coordination of various subjects.
