法治视域下高校基层党建工作创新的基本路径

Innovative Research on Grass-roots the Construction of the Communist Party of China in Colleges and Universities from Perspective of the Rule of Law

高校基层党建工作存在党员干部民主法治意识缺乏、党建制度执行力不足、党建考评体系不科学和党组织运行规范有待加强等问题。加强法治建设是加强党的基层组织建设的内在要求,也是运用法治思维和法治方式创新高校党建工作破解现存问题的重要途径。

Grassroots Part Construction in universities plays a crucial role in national party construction,which is an important guarantee for universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.In the context of comprehensively governing the country in accordance with the law,the rule of law has become the basic requirement and scientific concept for innovation of the party building in the new era.At present,there are some problems in the party building at the grassroots level in universities,such as the lack of democratic and legal consciousness of party members and cadres,the lack of implementation of party building system,the unscientific evaluation system of party building and the lack of effective restriction of party organization power.Therefore,by using the method of legal thinking and rule of law is an important way to solve these problems.At the same time,strengthening the construction of the rule of law is also the internal requirements of strengthening the construction of the grassroots party.
