新时代高校团支部活力提升路径探析

团支部是推进共青团改革举措落地生根的主要平台,是共青团各项工作实施和目标实现的终端。活力团支部是党之大计的精准滴灌,是共青团发展的牢固根基,是青年人成长的温润沃土。然而,高校存在团员身份责任意识薄弱、团支部职能发挥不实、主题活动内容单调乏味、工作形式严肃单一等问题。新时代,高校团支部需要强化团员身份意识教育以提升向心力,夯实基础建设以提升组织力,丰富工作内容以提升吸引力,创新工作形式以提升亲和力,带领广大青年团员不断进取、执着奋斗。

Youth League branches are the main platform for promoting the implementation of the reform measures of the Communist Youth League,and the terminal of the implementation of all work and the realization of the goals of the Communist Youth League.The dynamic Youth League branch is the precise drip irrigation of the Party’s great plan,the solid foundation for the development of the Communist Youth League and the warm and fertile soil for the growth of young people.However,the colleges and universities have problems such as weak awareness of the identity and responsibility of league members,unrealistic functions of league branches,monotonous content of theme activities,and serious and single work forms.In the new era,college and university league branches need to strengthen the education of the identity awareness of the league members to enhance the centripetal force,consolidate the infrastructure construction to enhance the organizational strength,enrich the work content to enhance the attractiveness,innovate the form of work to enhance the affinity,and lead the young league members to continuously forge ahead and persistently struggle.
