“互联网+”背景下基础教育科研的现实问题与对策

Realistic Problems and Countermeasures of Basic Educational Research under the Background of“Internet+”

“互联网+”作为一项国家战略,已经成为未来我国经济社会创新发展的重要驱动力量,不断催生着各项信息技术的更新迭代。这些信息技术的出现与应用,对于破解基础教育科研在问题、研究和组织实施层面存在的现实问题,提供了可能的思路和对策。结合互联网与基础教育科研之间的契合点,破解基础教育科研现实问题有以下思路:基于万物互联的教育科研系统化思维、基于数据分析技术的教育科研方法升级和基于系统平台的教育科研信息平台建设。在借鉴协同创新观念的引领下,可以采取搭建区域教育科研信息平台、建立区域教育科研协同创新激励制度、构建教育科研区域协同创新联盟,以及倡导宽松舒适、求真务实的教育科研文化等基本对策,彰显基础教育科研引领和指导基础教育实践的应然价值,探索形成基础教育科研发展的新范式、新样态和新境界。

As a national strategy,“Internet+”has become an important driving force for national economic and social innovation and development in the future,constantly promoting the update and iteration of information technology.The emergence and application of these information technologies provide possible ideas and countermeasures for solving the practical problems existing in subjects,research and organization of basic educational research.In this regard,combined with the convergence point between the Internet and basic educational research,this paper puts forward possible ideas to solve the practical problems of basic educational research:the systematic thinking of educational scientific research based on the interconnection of all things,the upgrading of educational scientific research methods based on data analysis technology and the construction of Educational Scientific Research Information Platform based on system platform.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the concept of collaborative innovation:setting up a regional information platform for educational and scientific research,setting up a regional education and scientific research cooperative innovation incentive system,building a regional cooperative innovation alliance for educational and scientific research,and advocating a relaxed,comfortable,truth-seeking and pragmatic educational and scientific research culture.In order to demonstrate the value of educational scientific research services,guidance and leading,and realize the new paradigm,new pattern and new realm of basic educational scientific research development in the“Internet+”era.
