摘要
本文提出了一种地铁隧道内的使用的新型刚柔结合接触网。并且利用MSC.Marc软件建立了弓网耦合模型,分析列车运行时的弓网受流特性。结果表明,当列车时速为120km/h时,刚柔结合接触网的受流质量明显优于刚性悬挂接触网的受流质量。进一步分析采用刚柔结合接触网时,当列车运行在正常区段、锚段关节处以及受轮轨激扰时的接触压力,列车时速为180km/h时,新型刚柔结合型接触网能确保列车平稳运行。刚柔结合接触网和柔性接触网对比,最大的优势是结构高度低,弹性均匀度好;和刚性接触网对比,最大优势是弹性好、受电弓滑板磨耗均匀、运行速度高。新型刚柔结合接触网为列车在隧道内的地铁线路高速运行提供了可靠保障。
A new rigid-flexible suspension catenary method is proposed for subway tunnel in this paper.The coupling model of the pantograph was established by MSC.MARC software to analyze the current characteristics of the pantograph in train operation.At the speed of 120km/h,the simulation results show that a new rigid-flexible suspension catenary current collection quality is obviously better than that of the rigid suspension contact system.When the vehicle runs in normal section,overlapping section and the wheel-rail excitation,the speed reaches 180km/h,the new rigid-flexible catenary still can ensure the train runs smoothly.Compared with the flexible catenary.the new rigid-flexible catenary has the characteristics of lower and the elasticity uniformity.And its high elasticity,attrition uniform of the pantograph slide and running reliability is better compared with rigid catenary.It provides reliable guarantee for the vehicle runs at high speed in the tunnel of subway line.
