摘要 铁路电务信息数量繁杂且缺乏整合,难以满足多样的运维信息化应用需求。本文分析BIM技术在铁路电务运维的需求目标,探讨铁路信号设备BIM标准规范及关键技术,采用BIM技术建立完善的信号设备构件模型族库,利用信息化技术的实时性、可传递性、可交互性,提出信号设备全生命周期管理平台的基本框架,基于模型数据形成行业BIM信息资产,采用BIM技术建立电务智能运维管理平台,实现信号设备的资产管理、设备管理、生产调度和健康管理的信息整合,用于提高铁路电务运维标准化程度与效率,促进铁路电务信息化与智能化。 As the electrical service information in the railroad bureau is huge and diverse and is not integrated,it is hard to requirements of diversified operation and maintenance for information.This paper analyzes the demands of railroad electric service operation and maintenance for BIM technology,discusses the specification and key technologies for BIM application to railroad signal equipment,establishes a sound model family library of signal equipment components using BIM technology,utilizes the real-timeliness,transferability and interactivity of in-formation technology to propose the basic framework of signal equipment full life cycle management platform,forms specilazed BIM information assets based on model data,uses BIM technology to establish an intelligent op-eration and maintenance management platform for electrical services,realizes the integration of asset manage-ment,equipment management,production scheduling and health management information for signal equipment,which can be used to improve the standardization and efficiency of railroad electrical services operation and main-tenance,and promotes the informatization and intelligentization of railroad electrical service.
