基于BIM的铁路四电工程施工管理平台关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of BIM-based Construction Management Platform for Railway Electrical Engineering

传统的施工组织与管理模式面临数据共享与分析困难、管理手段匮乏等问题。本文以四电工程施工管理为研究对象,在统一的BIM标准体系和技术工具的支撑下构建对各工程项目的全阶段、全任务协同管理的施工管理平台。基于互联网+BIM的深度融合,实现设备管理、接口管理、进度管理、施工碰撞、电缆路径优化等功能,实现施工过程信息化、可视化、规范化和智能化管理,创新四电工程施工业务应用组织管理手段,提供更优质、更丰富、更便捷的信息应用。

The traditional construction organization and management mode faces problems in data sharing and a-nalysis,and lack of management tools.This paper takes the construction management of electrical engineering as the research object,and constructs a construction management platform for all-phase and all-task collaborative management of each project under the support of unified BIM standard system and technical tools.Based on the deep integration of Internet+BIM,it realizes the functions of equipment management,interface management,progress management,construction collision avoidance and cable path optimization,realizes the informatization,visualization,standardization and intelligentization of construction process,innovates the means of organization and management of construction business of electrical engineering projects,and provides better,more diversified and and more convenient information application.
