微滑石作为钛白粉增效剂在装饰原纸生产中的应用

摘要 该文对一种微滑石部分替代钛白粉用做装饰原纸的填料进行了研究。结果表明:微滑石部分替代钛白粉可提高钛白粉的留着率;通过改善钛白粉的分布状态来提高钛白粉的遮盖力;微滑石替代率为质量分数5.0%~7.5%时遮盖力变化不大,可以减少设备的磨损,颜料成本可降低3.5%~5.0%;在抄纸用水硬度较低时,使用缓冲剂可以提高留着率。 In this paper,a kind of micro-talc partially replacing titanium dioxide as filler for decor paper are researched.The results show that the retention rate of titanium dioxide can be improved;the hiding power of titanium dioxide can be improved by improving the distribution state of titanium dioxide;when the substitution rate is 5.0%~7.5%,the hiding power does not decrease,but the cost of pigment can be reduced 3.5%~5.0%;it can reduce the wear of equipment;when the water is too soft,using buffering agent can improve the retention rate.
