Exploration and Practice of the Development of Undergraduate Vocational Education from the Perspective of Regional Industry

本科层次职业教育培养的是高层次技术技能人才,适应当前漳州产业升级和人才结构调整的需要,实施过程中需要从加强政府统筹规划力度、明晰办学定位、深入推进区域产教融合、落实校企深度合作、建立多元办学格局、培育双师型教师队伍、全面改革教学方法及人才评价标准等关键问题入手,探索行之有效的解决方案。

Undergraduate vocational education aims at cultivating high-quality technically skilled talents required for upgrading industry and restructuring the talent system in the digital era.It is necessary to explore an effective and efficient way to address the issues that has arisen during the implementation of undergraduate vocational education.Based on a survey of regional industry,this paper provides actionable takeaways for how government,vocational institutions and employers can finely develop undergraduate vocational education from the perspective of Zhangzhou industry.
