黑菌虫防御分泌物对苯醌的测定

摘要 黑菌虫成虫对家禽养殖业危害严重,研究其特征性挥发物能为该害虫的监测提供理论依据。本研究采用顶空串联气相色谱质谱方法,测定了黑菌虫幼虫(小黄粉虫)和不同处理的成虫产生对苯醌的情况。结果表明:黑菌虫幼虫(小黄粉虫)不产生对苯醌,成虫产生的对苯醌受到取食状态和交配的影响显著,在饱腹未交配的雌成虫中检出最高浓度地对苯醌(10 272.63μL/L),而性别对成虫地对苯醌浓度则不产生显著影响。 The adult Alphitobius diaperinus Panzer is seriously harmful to the poultry industry,and the study of its characteristic volatiles would provide a theoretical basis for the monitoring of the pest.In this study,headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the production of p-benzoquinone by A.diaperinus larvae and adults of different treatments.The results show that the larvae of the black fungus did not produce p-benzoquinone,and that the effects of p-benzoquinone produced by adults were significantly affected by feeding status and mating.Furthermore,the highest concentration of p-benzoquinone(10272.63 μL/L)was detected in the treatment of female mated adults with a full stomach,while sex did not have a significant effect on the concentration of p-benzoquinone in adult.
