构建高黎贡山生物生态安全屏障对策研究

高黎贡山地理位置特殊,是我国重要的西南生物生态安全屏障。新时代,构建高黎贡山生物生态安全屏障意义重大,既是历史发展的规律,又是当今世界发展的必然趋势。近年来,高黎贡山保护成效显著,但仍然存在管理制度不够完善、公众保护意识不到位、基础设施薄弱、资金投入不够、跨境管控难度大等问题。在调查研究的基础上寻找解决问题的对策,通过健全管理机制体制、加强公众宣传教育、强化基础设施建设、积极争取项目资金、加快人才队伍建设等对策构建高黎贡山生物生态安全屏障。

In the new era, the construction of the biological and ecological security barrier in Gaoligong Mountain is not only the law of historical development, but also the inevitable trend of the development of the world today. In recent years, the protection of Gaoligong Mountain has achieved remarkable results, but there are still some problems, such as the imperfect management system, inadequate public awareness of protection, weak infrastructure, insufficient investment, and great difficulty in cross-border control. The countermeasures are constructed by improving the management mechanism and system, strengthening the public publicity and education, strengthening the infrastructure construction, actively striving for project funds, and accelerating the construction of talent team.
