循环冷却水电化学处理技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 在工业用水中,循环冷却水用量占80%-90%,其长周期使用对循环装置构成严重威胁,因而循环冷却水的处理至关重要。电化学处理技术是一种主动的循环冷却水质量控制技术,其通过阳极和阴极分别电解产生强氧化性物质和预沉淀成垢离子,达到杀生和防垢的目的。电解技术不需要投加化学药剂即可改善循环冷却水的品质,且清洁无污染、运行成本低,具有非常好的应用前景。从循环冷却水中的杂质类型、腐蚀机制入手,阐述了循环冷却水电化学处理技术对除垢、杀菌和除藻的作用机理。详细介绍了循环冷却水电化学处理技术的核心问题,包括电极材料的选择与制备,阴、阳极材料的研究进展。目前阳极材料基本以钛为基底合成的复合电极为主,而阴极以廉价的不锈钢电极为主。此外,介绍了影响电极处理循环冷却水的因素以及电化学处理技术在循环冷却水中的实际应用。最后对循环冷却水处理技术存在的问题及其未来发展趋势进行总结与展望。 Circulating cooling water accounts for 80%to 90%of industrial water usage,and its long-cycle use poses a serious threat to circulating devices,thus treatment of circulating cooling water is critical.Electrochemical treatment technology is an active quality control technology for circulating cooling water,which produces strong oxidizing substances and pre-precipitated scaling ions by anode and cathode electrolysis,respectively,to achieve the purpose of biocide and scale prevention.Electrolysis technology can improve the quality of circulating cooling water without adding chemicals.It is clean and pollution-free,with low operating costs,which has very good application prospects.Starting from the type of impurities in circulating cooling water and corrosion mechanism,the mechanism of circulating cooling water electrochemical treatment technology for descaling,sterilization and algae removal was explained.The core issues of circulating cooling water electrochemical treatment technology were introduced in detail,including the selection and preparation of electrode materials,and the research progress of cathode and anode materials.At present,the anode material is basically based on titanium-based composite electrode,while the cathode is mainly inexpensive stainless steel electrode.In addition,the factors affecting the electrode treatment of circulating cooling water and the practical application of electrochemical treatment technology in circulating cooling water were introduced.Finally,the problems and future development trend of circulating cooling water treatment technology were summarized and prospected.
