摘要 目前,我国一线消防救援队伍的各类灭火救援器材装备缺乏统一的配备标准,导致器材装备结构不够合理,为了改变现状,开展了基于RFID技术的灭火救援器材装备管理研究。通过灭火救援器材装备采购审批检验器材装备性能是否符合器材采购工作的实际需求;基于RFID技术安装器材电子标签实现器材装备的出入库信息识别;对消防器材装备信息进行采集与分类并同步完成数据读取与传输;在此基础上,对消防器材装备的仓储管理、库位转移、装备调用、维修保养等各个工作环节加以全方位、全要素的精准管理。经过实验论证,RFID射频卡技术参数能够满足一线消防救援队伍器材装备日常管理的使用需求,标签识别率为100%,坐标点识别率均在90%以上,在接入RFID设备后性能稳定,满足一线消防救援队伍对于器材装备信息化管理的实际要求,对有效提高队伍灭火救援器材装备管理效能具有实际的指导意义。 At present,the various types of fire fighting and rescue equipment of our country's first-line fire and rescue teams lack unified equipment standards,resulting in unreasonable equipment structure.In order to change the status quo,research on fire fighting and rescue equipment management based on RFID technology was carried out.Through the approval of fire fighting and rescue equipment procurement,we can test whether the performance of the equipment meets the actual needs of the equipment procurement work.Through the installation of equipment electronic tags based on RFID technology,the identification of equipment entry and exit information is realized.It can collect and classify fire equipment information,and complete data reading and transmission synchronously.On this basis,all-round and all-element precise management is carried out on the warehousing management,warehouse transfer,equipment call,maintenance and other work links of fire equipment.After experimental demonstration,the technical parameters of the RFID radio frequency card can meet the needs of the daily management of the equipment of the front-line fire and rescue team.The tag identification rate is 100%,and the coordinate point identification rate is above 90%.After accessing the RFID equipment,the performance is stable and meets the actual requirements of the front-line fire and rescue team for equipment information management,which has practical guiding significance for effectively improving the management efficiency of the team's fire fighting and rescue equipment.
