西藏自治区拥有我国最大的原始林区,具有极高的生态文明价值。然而,随着温室效应的不断加剧以及各类旅游、探险活动的日益频繁,在自然因素和人为因素的双重叠加下,森林火灾逐渐成为威胁林区安全的突出问题。高原地区的森林火灾扑救作为一项难度大、风险高、技术性强的专业工作,要着力于研究分析火灾发展规律,不断结合实际及时更新处置技术、创新战术战法,确保各项处置任务顺利完成。

Tibet Autonomous Region has the largest primitive forest area in our country,which has extremely high ecological civilization value.However,with the increasing greenhouse effect and the increasing frequency of various tourism and exploration activities,forest fires have gradually become a prominent problem threatening the safety of forest areas under the double superposition of natural factors and human factors.As a professional work with great difficulty,high risk and strong technology,forest fire fighting in plateau areas should focus on research and analysis of fire development laws,continuously timely update disposal technologies and innovate tactical tactics in combination with actual conditions to ensure the smooth completion of various disposal tasks.
