消防监督检查中防火门存在的问题与解决对策

防火门是重要的防火设施之一,在目前的消防监督检查中发现防火门出现频率最高的问题主要有质量不合格、安装不当、常闭式防火门不常闭、选型错误、维护不及时、开启次数与时间不合理等,问题的发生与消防监督检查工作不到位、使用单位消防安全意识差、知识匮乏密切相关。为充分发挥防火门在消防方面的作用,消防监督检查中应通过消防责任界定、采购人员谨慎选材、加强防火门安装及功能检查、指导防火门维护、加强人员消防安全教育、加强消防监督检查力度等策略有效控制防火门问题的发生。

Fire door is one of the important fire prevention facilities.In the current fire supervision and inspection,it is found that the problems of fire door with the highest frequency mainly include unqualified quality,improper installation,keeping open,wrong type selection,untimely maintenance,unreasonable opening time,etc.The problems are closely related to inadequate fire supervision and inspection,poor fire safety awareness and lack of knowledge.In order to give full play to the role of fire doors in fire control,fire control supervision and inspection should effectively control the occurrence of fire door problems through fire responsibility definition,procurement personnel carefully selecting materials,strengthening fire door installation and function inspection,guiding fire door maintenance,strengthening personnel's fire safety education,strengthening fire control supervision and inspection.
