建设工程消防安全问题与防范对策研究

建设工程火灾事故频发,暴露出施工现场存在诸多消防安全问题。为进一步提高建设工程消防安全水平,保障建设工程顺利实施,阐述了当前建设工程消防安全行政监管现状,从消防素质、明火作业、可燃物及易燃易爆危险品、消防设施和临时用房五个方面分析了建设工程施工现场的消防安全问题,并提出了九项防范对策,重点是落实消防安全责任、按照消防技术标准设置、应用先进科学技术等,以期为做好建设工程的行政监管和自我管理提供参考。

The frequent occurrence of fire accidents in construction projects exposes the existence of many fire safety problems at the construction site.In order to further improve the fire safety level of construction projects and ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects,the current situation of fire safety administrative supervision of construction projects is explained.The fire safety problems at the construction site are analyzed from five aspects:fire fighting quality,open fire operation,combustible and inflammable and explosive dangerous goods,fire facilities and temporary rooms.Nine preventive countermeasures have been put forward,focusing on the implementation of fire safety responsibilities,setting up according to fire protection technical standards,and applying advanced science and technology,hoping to provide references for the administrative supervision and self-management of construction projects.
