香蕉茎生物质活性炭处理甲苯废气试验研究

摘要 香蕉茎是漳州市天宝镇主要的农业废弃物,随意丢弃会造成环境污染,需要进行资源化利用。本文以香蕉茎为原料,经磷酸活化、炭化制备生物质活性炭,并应用于甲苯废气吸附处理。结果表明,当浸渍磷酸的质量浓度为55%、料液比为1∶3、炭化温度为600℃、炭化时间为3 h时,制得的香蕉茎生物质活性炭对甲苯废气具有良好、快速的吸附去除效果,且具有较好的再生性能。本研究为香蕉茎资源化利用提供了新路径。 Banana stem is the main agricultural waste in Tianbao Town,Zhangzhou City.It is discarded at will,resulting in environmental pollution which needs to be used as a resource.In this paper,banana stem was used as raw material to prepare biomass activated carbon by phosphoric acid activation and carbonization,which was applied to the adsorption treatment of toluene waste gas in this study.The results showed that when the mass concentration of impregnated phosphoric acid was 55%,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶3,the carbonization temperature was 600℃,and the carbonization time was 3 hours,the prepared banana stem biomass activated carbon had good and rapid adsorption and removal effect on toluene waste gas,and had good regeneration performance.The study provided a new way for the resource utilization of banana stem.
