文昌地区罗非鱼养殖抗生素使用及残留状况研究

Study on Use and Residual Status of Antibiotics in Tilapia Culture in Wenchang Area

为了研究罗非鱼养殖过程中抗生素的使用及残留状况,选取文昌某水库地区作为采样点,监测罗非鱼养殖前期、中期、后期的抗生素残留状况。结果表明,罗非鱼养殖前期主要残留呋喃西林,养殖中期主要残留磺胺嘧啶、呋喃西林、多西环素、氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素等,养殖后期主要残留呋喃西林、氟苯尼考;该区域罗非鱼养殖过程中抗生素的使用对自然水体的影响较小。

In order to study the use and residue of antibiotics in tilapia culture,a reservoir area in Wenchang was selected as sampling point to monitor the antibiotic residue in the early,middle and late stages of tilapia culture.The results showed that the main residue of tilapia was furacilin in the early stage of culture,the main residues were sulfadiazine,furacilin,doxycycline,florfenicol,and thiamphenicol in the middle stage of culture,the main residues were furacilin and florfenicol in the late stage of culture.The use of antibiotics in tilapia culture in Wenchang area had little impact on the natural water body.
