摘要
本文采用单因素试验和正交试验对黑果腺肋花楸果汁超滤工艺进行优化。结果表明,黑果腺肋花楸果汁超滤通量影响因素依次为压强>果汁浓度>初始温度;最佳组合为压力0.18 MPa、初始温度40℃、果汁浓度70%,此条件下黑果腺肋花楸超滤通量最大。
In this paper,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the ultrafiltration process of black chokeberry juice.The results showed that the factors affecting the ultrafiltration flux of black chokeberry juice ranked as follows:pressure>juice concentration>initial temperature.The best combination was pressure 0.18 MPa,initial temperature 40℃,juice concentration 70%,under this condition,the ultrafiltration flux of black chokeberry juice was the largest.
