摘要
晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)是由还原糖与蛋白质、核酸和脂肪的氨基部分在非酶促反应条件下形成的一组异质化合物。AGEs通过与免疫球蛋白超家族中的特异性晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)结合发挥作用。可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体(SRAGE)可竞争性结合AGEs,从而抑制RAGE与AGEs的相互作用和下游途径的激活,被当做疾病发生发展过程的“保护因子”。研究已证明AGEs与女性多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、卵巢储备功能减退等与不孕相关的疾病和辅助生殖技术的妊娠结局密切相关。本文就AGEs及其受体在女性不孕方面发挥的作用以及对辅助生殖技术的妊娠结局的影响进行综述,旨在为临床不孕症的诊治提供参考依据。
Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)are a group of heterogeneous compounds formed by the non-enzymatic reaction of reducing sugars with the amino parts of proteins,nucleic acids,and fats.AGEs play the role by binding to specific product receptors of advanced glycosylation end(RAGE)in the immunoglobulin super family.Soluble advanced glycation end products can competitively bind AGEs,thus inhibit the interaction between RAGE and AGEs,and has the activation of downstream pathways,and which are regarded as"protective factors"in the occurrence and development of the disease.Some research have shown that AGEs are closely related to the infertility related diseases of the women,such as polycystic ovarian syndrome,endometriosis,and diminished ovarian reserve function,and the pregnancy outcomes of the women after assisted reproductive technology.In this paper,the roles of AGEs and their receptors in female infertility and their influence on the pregnancy outcomes of the infertility women after assisted reproductive technology were reviewed,aiming to provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the women with infetility in clinic.
