摘要
短视频作为一种视听式信息传播途径,以传播速度快、感官效果强为主要特点,其运行过程包含着信息数据生产、存储和消费等复杂环节。海量信息的传播背景下,短视频在给用户带来巨大观感体验及商业价值的同时,也对行业现有制度产生了一定冲击。如今短视频的著作权保护面临着用户信息散乱、平台管理缺位、国家监管困难三大困境。需通过著作权侵权档案记录机制和粉丝评价机制的建立、现有规则的重新定义、区块链及视觉新技术的引进等方式以完善短视频的著作权保护。
As a kind of audio-visual information transmission mode, short videos are characterized by fast speed and strong sensory impact. Its operation involves the complex interaction between information data production, storage and consumption. Under the background of mass information dissemination, short videos have not only brought users great visual experience and big commercial value, but also exert a certain impact on the existing industry. Nowadays, the copyrights protection of short videos faces three challenges: user information disorder, platform management gap and national supervision difficulty. It is necessary to improve the copyrights protection of short videos through establishing copyrights infringement file recording mechanism, fan evaluation mechanism, and redefinition of the existing rules, and introducing blockchain and new visual technology.
