摘要 风险信息传递、风险感知正使得金融决策主体的行为模式发生深刻变革。文章利用2017年中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),基于“无实际损失经历”的风险信息视角,实证研究了由风险信息传递所引发的医疗风险感知与商业健康保险需求的关联。结果表明:医疗风险感知在激发商业健康保险需求过程中产生了正向作用,即风险信息的扩散提高了家庭购买健康保险的可能性和购买程度。异质性分析发现:具有较高收入和学历的优势家庭、潜在医疗支付风险水平更高的家庭,其健康保险需求受到医疗风险感知的影响更大。在使用工具变量(IV)、倾向性得分匹配方法克服内生性问题后,结论依然稳健。 The characteristics of risk information transmission and risk perception are making profound changes in the behavior patterns of financial decision-makers. Based on the risk information perspective of “no actual loss”, this paper uses the China Household Financial Survey Data(CHFS) in 2017 to study the correlation between risk perception factors caused by the transmission of medical risk information and the needs of commercial health insurance. Studies have shown that medical risk perception has a positive effect on stimulating the demand for commercial health insurance, that is, the spread of risk information improves the possibility and degree of family health insurance purchase. Heterogeneity analysis finds that medical risk perception has a greater impact on the health insurance needs of families with higher income and education level and those with a higher medical payment risk. After using instrument variable(IV) and propensity score matching to overcome the endogenous problem, the conclusion is still valid.
