秦巴山区乡村产业振兴模型研究——以四川省广元市为例

Rural Industrial Revitalization Mode in Qinba Mountain Area—A Case Study of Guangyuan,Sichuan Province

产业振兴是乡村振兴的重中之重,进一步研究产业振兴基本模型,对推进乡村振兴具有积极意义。实现产业振兴,必须抓好供给侧和需求侧,供给侧就是优质、特色产业和产品,这主要依赖于特殊的资源禀赋;需求侧就是市场,这主要体现在地理区位上,因为区位基本上决定人口数量及其发展趋势。乡村治理水平是振兴中体现“人”的巨大能动作用的必备要素,是始终影响振兴成效的重要因子。因此,乡村产业振兴模型由“乡村治理”+“资源禀赋(供给)+地理区位(需求)”构成。政府在产业振兴中主要起引导作用,要注意打造产业链以防范市场风险,还应当根据产业的不同性质,用好各种资本。

Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization.Further research on the basic model of industrial revitalization is of positive significance to promote rural revitalization.In order to realize industrial revitalization,we must pay attention to the supply side and demand side.The supply side is high-quality,characteristic industries and products,which mainly depend on the special resource endowment,and the demand side is the market,which is mainly reflected in the geographical location,because location basically determines the number of population and its development trend.The level of rural governance is a necessary element to embody the great dynamic role of "human beings" in revitalization,and it is also an important factor that always affects the effectiveness of revitalization.Therefore,the model of rural industrial revitalization consists of "rural governance" + "resource endowment(supply) + geographical location(demand)".The government mainly plays a guiding role in industrial revitalization,should pay attention to building an industrial chain to guard against market risks,and should make good use of all kinds of capital according to the different nature of the industry.
