农残速测技术在基层农产品质量安全检测中的应用研究

农药对农作物病害具有灭杀的作用,保障农业的产量,可农药的滥用使土壤中的残留对食用者的身体健康带来严重威胁。特别是我国加入WTO以后,水果、蔬菜和茶叶等相关农副产品的农药残留问题已成为出口贸易的重要障碍。为实现市场环境的净化,保障农产品农药残留不超出标准,确保大众的食用安全,农残速测技术得以应时而生并广泛应用,现已成为基层农产品质量安全检测的重要发展方向,最大限度地保障农产品的安全。

Pesticides can kill crop diseases and ensure the agricultural output.However,the residues left in the soil are seriously threatened by the abuse of pesticides.Especially after China’s entry into WTO,pesticide residues left in fruits,vegetables,tea and other related agricultural and sideline products have become an important obstacle to export trade.In order to purify the market environment,ensure that pesticide residues in agricultural products do not exceed the standard,and ensure the public’s food safety,the rapid detection technology of pesticide residues has emerged and been widely used,and up to now has become an important development direction of quality and safety detection of grass-roots agricultural products,thus ensuring the safety of agricultural products to the maximum extent.
