低碳视角下徐州市回收物流发展的障碍及对策研究

为了厘清回收物流发展存在的主要障碍,探究相应的主要对策,采取文献梳理、实地调查和系统分析的方法,以江苏省徐州市回收物流行业为重点展开深度研究。结果表明,徐州市发展回收物流具有十分重要的现实意义;回收物流的理念普及不足、政策完善不够、技术改进不强和效率提升不高,是制约回收物流发展的主要障碍。建议在理念宣传教育、政策扶持、技术创新或引进及管理协调机制等方面采取更有力度的改进对策。

In order to clarify the main obstacles to the development of recycling logistics and explore the corresponding main countermeasures,we adopt the methods of literature review,field investigation and systematic analysis to carry out indepth research on the recycling logistics industry in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province.The results show that the development of recycling logistics in Xuzhou has a very important practical significance;the lack of popularization of the concept of recycling logistics,inadequate policy improvement,weak technological improvement and low efficiency improvement are the main obstacles to the development of recycling logistics.It is suggested that stronger improvement countermeasures should be taken in the aspects of concept publicity and education,policy support,technological innovation or introduction,management coordination mechanism and so on.
